I have helped many companies (from start-ups to Fortune 500) to identify and place an exceptional level of quality and diverse senior leadership talents across EMEA and wider international geographies in several industries. My previous employers have been e.g. Korn Ferry and Mercuri Urval.
Before my talent acquisition career I spent my working hours within numbers as I was working in various roles in accounting and financing.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. My minor studies were Financing and Accounting. My Master’s degree in International Business Management is on progress.

My broad understanding of different industries, companies and positions, and also company cultures, helps me to do recruiting with my heart.
